The Town Clerk's Office has one Notary Public to notarize documents. The Town sometimes has other employees available to the public for notarization services. This service is offered during regular office hours of the Town Clerk's Office.
Because of new regulations, it is required that all persons seeking notary services must produce identification that includes a proof of residency. A current Driver's License, state-issued Identification Card, Resident Alien Card or U.S. Passport with current residence would be sufficient. Please bring at least one form of such identification with you when you appear to have documents notarized.
In addition, please call the Town Clerk's Office in advance to ensure that a Notary Public will be available when you come to the Town Offices.
