Draft Wetlands Protection Bylaw Update 1.24.2024

The West Newbury Conservation Commission (WNCC) would like to provide an update on the draft wetlands protection bylaw.
The draft wetlands protection bylaw has been further revised:
- The 1/24/2024 revised draft bylaw can be viewed in redline form here.
- The 1/24/2024 revised draft bylaw in clean format with all redline changes accepted can be viewed here.
The next public meeting that the WNCC will work on the draft bylaw is scheduled for 2/12/2024 at 7PM in the second floor hearing room of the Town Office Building.
