Wetlands Protection Bylaw Materials and Information for Spring 2024 Town Meeting

At the 4/9/2024 wetlands protection bylaw info session the WNCC made one revision to the proposed wetlands protection bylaw changing the rate for fines issued under the bylaw from $300 per day to $200 per day. The final bylaw in the town meeting warrant reflects this change:
