It won’t be long before many residents will be outdoors enjoying the warmer months.  The Board of Health would like to remind you that with warmer spring time temperatures there is an increase in tick borne diseases.  For those who would like a refresher on ticks and how to protect you and your family then

As some of you may not know, the Town of West Newbury is a member of the Northeast Massachusetts Mosquito Control & Wetlands Management District (NEMMC).  The NEMMC district covers 36 cities and towns and provides many services to their member communities, including surveillance, catch basin treatments, adulticiding, property inspections, education & outreach, spray request and many more services
