Unpaid Water Bills

A Message from the Water Department

Red Cards are being processed for UNPAID water bills.

  IF you have not sent in your water payment, Red Cards are being processed and will be delivered. Please pay immediately to avoid any additional charges to your account. 

There are a few ways to pay:  

Water bills can be paid by check and sent to the WN Water Department, 381 Main Street, West Newbury, MA 01985

In Person: Water Department, 2nd Floor or dropped in the BLUE Water Payment Box in the front lobby. (available 24/7)

or Online: Town Website www.wnewbury.org and go to the "PAY BILLS" button.
