Tree Trail Inauguration

Join the West Newbury Tree Committee

at the inauguration of the newly installed designated

Tree Trail located in the Mill Pond area.

Saturday October 8, 2022

10:30am -12 noon

Learn how to identify trees from signs posted on twenty-six trees along the new Mill Pond Tree Trail.  The signs include descriptions of leaves, habitat, and historical and or cultural points of interest.

Each sign has a QR code to use with smartphones to find more information on the Tree Committee website.

A guided trail walk will take place starting at 11:00am and ending at noon.  Meet at the upper Mill Pond parking area

This project was cooperatively developed by the West Newbury Tree Committee and the Mill Pond Committee.
