Suspension of public events of the Fire Department, and directions for online purchase of burn permits

Announcements on behalf of Fire Chief Michael Dwyer

Due to community concerns about COVID-19, the Fire Chief has suspended public events of the Fire Department, such as fire station visits, beginning immediately through the end of May. 

As of today, burn permits are only available online in order to reduce unnecessary visits to the station. The link to purchase a burn permit is here.

These decisions will be reevaluated on a weekly basis and may be lifted at any point during that period.
