Following the project design and permitting process this past winter and spring, the final project design and bid specifications for the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Building Rehabilitation were posted earlier this week through the Massachusetts Central Register, Newburyport News, and posted in the Town Offices. Please refer to BidDocs ONLINE for the most current and up to date information related to the bidding process.
Bidding Timeline (UPDATED):
- Pre-bid conference will take place on site on July 28 at 11am
- Filed sub-bids are due on Aug 5th at 1pm
- General Bids will be received until 1pm on August 13, 2021 and publicly opened, forthwith online through BidDocsONLINE, Inc.
- Following review of bids and bidders, a recommended vendor selection will be included on an agenda for a future Select Board meeting (date TBD).
