You can pay online, through the mail, or in person

If you have not sent in your water payment please pay immediately to avoid a red card (shut off) notice and fees.
There are a few ways to pay:
Online: Town Website www.wnewbury.org and go to the "PAY BILLS" button.
Send a check: to the West Newbury Water Department, 381 Main Street, West Newbury, MA 01985.
In Person: Water Department office, 2nd Floor or dropped in the blue water payments box in the front lobby (available 24/7)
Water Department hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:30am-2:30pm, if you have any questions you can contact us by phone (978)363-1100 ext.127 or email wnwater@wnewbury.org
