Flooded Roads and Dangerous Travel Conditions

Dear Residents,
Because of the heavy volume of rain being received today, August 8, 2023, travel is hazardous due to flooded roads and debris in West Newbury and in surrounding Towns. Please only travel if necessary. If you would like to report roads closed due to flooding or have any questions, please call the Police Department non-emergency line at 978-363-1213. If you are having an emergency, call 911.
