FINAL REMINDER: Don't forget to renew your Dog License!

If you have not already received your 2024 this is the final reminder from the Clerk's Office to kindly renew your dog license, all 2023 tags have expired!

If you have applied for a license and not yet received it, call the Clerk's Office at 978-363-1100 or email townclerk@wnewbury.org. You may also reach out with any questions or concerns.

The cost for an annual license is $15/dog if they are spayed or neutered or $25/dog if they are not. Residents 70 and older must still license their dogs, but under state law it is free of charge to do so. If you would like to use our online payment system, go to www.wnewbury.org and click “Pay Bills”, and make your payment under the Town Clerk’s section. Alternatively, you can mail us a check to the Town Clerk’s Office, 381 Main St., West Newbury, MA 01985. If you do not wish to mail a check, you can drop your payment in the drop-box in the lobby of Town Offices or stop into the Clerk’s Office during normal business hours (Mon-Thurs. 8-4:30, Fri. 8-12). All checks should be made out to the Town of West Newbury.
