Bicentennial Family Field Day with Fireworks!

This Saturday, July 13, beginning at noon at Pipestave Hill
Field Day

The response to the Bicentennial events has been overwhelming! We are delighted with the number of people who have attended all of the events so far.

We are anticipating a big turnout at Family Field Day on Saturday and we want to give you some information about our plans for parking.

There will be no onsite parking at Pipestave Hill except for the handicapped spaces and spaces for people who are working there. The handicapped parking will be along the east side of the access road. Otherwise parking will be at Mill Pond and Page School. If those areas are full, we will direct people to park at the remote lots; first at the Town Offices/Burnham Field lots and then at the Pentucket lots, if needed.   Drivers can drop off passengers at Pipestave and then drive to the remote lots.  There will be Salter school buses to transport you from the remote lots to Pipestave Hill. The buses will operate continually from 1:30 until after the fireworks.

Please try to carpool or walk as much as possible. If you have questions or need more information please contact us at wnbirthday@wnewbury.org.

Thank You and we look forward to seeing you at the Family Field Day!
