Affordable Housing Trust Bylaw Committee Seeks Public Comment

The Affordable Housing Trust Bylaw Committee was appointed by the Select Board to draft the bylaw that determines how the West Newbury Affordable Housing Trust will be set up and operate.  The Committee has prepared a Frequently Asked Questions document to answer questions that have come up about the Trust in our conversations with town residents and at the Public Listening Session held January 26, 2022.   The Committee is also interested in your comments on the draft bylaw prior to submitting it to the Select Board for inclusion on the Annual Town Meeting warrant.   Questions or comments may be emailed to wreed@wnewbury.org.
