Mini MeVa (formerly Ring & Ride)                            Call 978-469-6878 press option 3

  • Mini MeVa is a curb-to-curb transportation service provided by Merrimack Valley Transit (MeVa) for the communities of Amesbury, Andover, Boxford, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Lawrence, Methuen, Newbury, North Andover, Rowley, Salisbury, West Newbury.
  • Effective July 1, 2022 rides are FREE for residents of West Newbury.
  • This service allows residents to travel anywhere within the MVRTA service area.
  • Monday thru Fridays 5 am - 8 pm and Saturdays 7 am - 7 pm.
  • All Mini MeVa vans have wheelchair lifts and are handicapped accessible.
  • The service also allows you to connect to any of the MVRTA fixed route bus systems.
  • For reservations call 978-469-6878, press option 3 between 8 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday at least two days in advance.

Mini MeVa Door-to-Door Service to Bedford VA Hospital

MeVa Transit is thrilled to announce the January launch of our FREE VA Bedford mediMeVa van service to the VA Bedford Healthcare Systems. This new door to door shared-ride service will be available on Wednesdays and Fridays to Veterans and their families seeking transportation to the VA Bedford location. The VA Bedford mediMeVa service will make its inaugural journey in January 2024. We are thankful to our partners at the Merrimack Valley Veterans Collaborative, Agespan, and the VA Bedford Healthcare Systems for working with us to create this service plan. Please find attached a press release about this new program and an informational flier that you can print and distribute to the Veterans in your community.
