On February 29, 2020, over 40 West Newbury stakeholders representing a wide range of interests met for an all-day workshop at the Town Annex. Their mission was to identify the Town's key vulnerabilities and strengths in view of expected climate change and to identify and prioritize actions the Town should be taking--and using Massachusetts Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Action Grants to accomplish.
