COVID-19 Vaccination Survey

Follow-up on mailing to households with residents potentially eligible for vaccine
vaccine timeline

This is an important message regarding the Town of West Newbury’s ongoing efforts to assist eligible residents in getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

The West Newbury Council on Aging recently mailed a survey regarding the COVID 19 Vaccine to all residents over the age of 65.  If you or someone you know who is over the age of 65 did not receive the survey please reach out to the Council on Aging at 978-363-1104.  If you or someone you know has received the survey but has not yet returned it to the Council on Aging, please do so, and encourage other eligible residents to do so as soon as possible.  Please check with your neighbors, friends and family to ensure that they have returned the survey.

Completed surveys may be mailed to the Council on Aging at the 1910 Building, 381 Main Street in West Newbury; may be left in the locked dropbox in the foyer of the 1910 Building; or may be returned via email to coa@wnewbury.org. A blank copy of the survey form can also be downloaded from the Town website at the Council on Aging page here. If you have any questions, please contact the Council on Aging at 978-363-1104.

Thank you for your continuing vigilance as we work together through this difficult time. Brighter days are ahead, and we wish you all good health.
