Where does the grant money come from?

All West Newbury LCC funds originate from state appropriated funds which are allocated by the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC) to Local Cultural Councils (LCC) across the state. Local grant funds are reimbursed to award recipients after successful completion of their program.
