Agenda 

1.  Establish council members & voting members and vote on chairperson appointment.

2.  Review/vote on Salisbury Art Stroll - modifying grant to use towards Salisbury Days.

3.  Review/vote on “Imagine your Story - Library Performance” (Scott Jameson) - moving performance to summer 2021.  

4.  Review/vote on Pentucket Arts Foundation - modifying grant to move to virtual presentation.

5.  Review 2020 outstanding grants - how will we handle modifications/extensions going forward in light of COVID-19.

6.  Art in the Garden - should we plan on 2021?

7.  Recruiting new members

Addendum to Meeting Notice regarding Remote Participation:  Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, 18, and the Governor’s March 23, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the West Newbury Cultural Council will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.  Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members to the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the Town of West Newbury website, at www.wnewbury.org.  For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the meeting may do so in the following manner:
