West Newbury Council on Aging Mission Statement:

The mission of the West Newbury Council on Aging is to provide programs to meet the problems of the aging. We are here to evaluate and advocate the needs of the elderly. The council maintains information, knowledge and interest in the local, state and federal affairs which relate to the welfare of the aging.
