The Animal Control Officer (ACO) performs assigned duties in acordance with Chapter 140 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth. The ACO atttends to all complaints and any other matters pertaining to dogs and shall take whatever action deemed necessary. (See West Newbury Town Bylaws, Section VI.
